I think Lucy sits between Joey and Pixel when it comes to personality. She has her moments where she's hopping and flying around the play stand and then she's happy to chill out on her favorite orb for as long as you'll let her.
Pixel has her moment as well. But I find she has more thought behind her actions compared to Joey :)
