Often though, especially as it gets progressively darker in the morning, I'm not fully awake - enough to intervene should there be a problem but not so much that I feel like interacting with them in a cheery way. Lucky for me, in the mornings I'm with the Littles and most of them aren't really morning birds and, like me, just start waking up by the time they go back in their cages.
Because of this, take the following like you want, but I swear I just heard Pixel say "what 'ya doing?" in her robotic Red belly voice. She might or might not have really uttered that, but it really really sounded like it.
